Sims Portal

At the heart of our client facing systems is a common global interface that we call the Sims Portal, which offers all our clients secure access to all our core services. Through the Sims Portal, stakeholders can:

  • Securely log in from anywhere, through a roles based access control system.
  • Input orders and requests for services anywhere around the globe
  • See real-time status updates of all requests and works in progress
  • Access all documentation related to work orders
  • Report problems and issues and to escalate them within Sims, regionally as well as globally
  • Visualize reports on performance on specific work orders, or in aggregate, to understand trends and to confirm Sims' adherence to (or variation from) service levels
  • Visualize recovery results of various processes, at asset/material levels, including settlement reports, completion reports, remarketing reports, sustainability reports and financial reports
  • Access financial reports, for invoicing, billing and settlement
  • View site and vendor audit reports and compliance documentation
